The Work?
* Large-scale capital transactions - due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, and financing
* Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing - acting for major landlords and tenants
* Structured community title development including mixed-use projects
* Liquor licensing & gaming - regulatory compliance and approvals
* Rural property transactions - acquisitions and disposals across key sectors.
