Business Development and Partnerships Manager

AIDC is seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development and Partnerships Manager to support the business development of the organisation across partnerships, philanthropy, and industry development programs and initiatives.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and delivering AIDC's business development and partnerships strategy. This includes identifying and securing new and innovative industry, corporate, and cultural partnerships to meet revenue targets, as well as contributing to developing new industry opportunities through partnered initiatives.

Responsibilities

">
* Identify and secure new industry, corporate, and cultural partnerships to meet revenue targets
">
* Develop and deliver a business development and partnerships strategy that aligns with AIDC's goals and objectives
">
* Work closely with stakeholders to build relationships and identify new opportunities for partnership and collaboration
">
* Provide stakeholder servicing for all new and existing partners
">
* Negotiate the return of existing partners and ensure the delivery of all partner benefits
">

Requirements

">

The successful candidate will have:

">

Extensive experience in business development and partnerships in a screen industry, arts industry, and/or not-for-profit context

">

Demonstrated capacity to secure cash and in-kind partnerships

">

Comprehensive knowledge and experience of the Australian and International documentary and factual sector and the relevant stakeholders - screen agencies, funders, distributors, creators -who contribute to the ecosystem of the sector

">

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

">

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

">

Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

">

Other Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the screen industry and a proven track record of success in business development and partnerships. They will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
