The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Supervisor **to join our largest client account.
This role is based in **Singleton, NSW.**
**Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.**
- Manage and maintain the system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved
- Respond to the reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses
- Oversee the supervision and management of maintenance and support staff on the contract
- Conduct periodic maintenance inspections of services, plant and equipment
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar role within a property, building/facilities management or a corporate real estate environment
- Technical trade background is not essential but highly regarded
- Current Driver's License and own vehicle is a must
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach
