As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the graduate program and supporting early-career professionals in Melbourne.
**Key responsibilities**:
Provide career guidance and advice to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and career goals;
Attend university career events and coordinate virtual and in-person sessions tailored for aspiring law professionals;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and impactful initiatives for early-career talent; and
Stay abreast of emerging trends and industry benchmarks in early-career development and recruitment.
**Key requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
Relevant experience working within early careers and or talent acquisition in a professional services environment;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; and
Solid ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
