This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata'd to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme. This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide a broad range of executive-level support and administrative services to assist the Executive's achievement of organisational objectives.
* Act as the Executive's point of contact, prioritise matters and requests, and initiate action, maintaining confidentiality to facilitate optimal use of the Executive's time.
* Coordinate the Executive's diary, records and correspondence, travel arrangements, and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the Executive's directorate.

* Minimum Diploma qualifications in Business Administration or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience in providing confidential secretarial and administration support to a senior level.
* Experience in agenda preparation, minutes, and distribution of meeting papers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, including interpersonal, negotiation, and liaison skills.
* Strong problem-solving, coordination and organisational skills with sound judgment and initiative.
* Experience with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and databases, including data gathering and reporting.
* Ability to work flexible hours as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
