ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager Business, the Manager Quality Improvement is responsible for advancing a quality improvement agenda across Wungening.
You will work with Managers and Coordinators to ensure we met the following standards:
* QIC Health and Community Services Standards (8th Edition)
* Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) Safeguarding Standards
Responsibilities Overview
At all times look to drive continuous quality improvement activities across the organisation.
Line manage Quality Improvement Team to develop and maintain key quality improvement activities to
Maintain QIC Health and Community Services Standards Accreditation
Achieve Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) Safeguarding Standards
Strengthen Cultural practice and trauma informed ways of working across the organisation
Work Health, and Safety
Progress a continuous quality improvement agenda relating to WHS; support organisation projects as they relate to risk and compliance, ie. EnableHR
Provide an environment where all internal stakeholders feel they can contribute to quality improvement across Wungening.
Work with all programs to establish foundations of practice as a platform to identify and obtain best practice.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Previous experience of delivering a quality improvement agenda across a medium sized organisation.
Commitment to driving a continuous quality improvement agenda that is aligned to the Wungening vision and strategic plan.
Demonstrated ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
Willingness to collaboratively design new business with key stakeholders.
