We're currently recruiting for:
* 1x Structural Foreman – Ground Slabs & StructuresProven experience in managing all structural elements, including formwork, excavations, concrete placement, reinforcement, and pours - Ground Slabs Only
* 1x Civil Pavement Foreman – External WorksExperience leading crews and subcontractors on external concrete pavements, kerbs, asphalt, and more.Strong knowledge of DDA compliance is essential.

The Role – Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Foreman role
* Strong ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors
* Ability to deliver commercial builds ranging from 10m2 to 5,000m2
* White Card (General Construction Induction)
* National Police Check (mandatory)
* Driver's Licence
* Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Hands-on involvement with set-outs
* Comfortable supervising trades, labourers, and ensuring quality finishes
* Ability to train and mentor junior staff
* Strong site safety awareness and quality control mindset
* References and CV required for all applicants
