Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at our Mirrabooka store on a part-time basis.

The Role
You will play a key role in the daily running of the store, delivering outstanding results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
* Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
* Showcase leadership skills to develop, motivate, and inspire the team
* Demonstrate a passion for retail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and delivery processes

Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's management or supervisor experience
* Experience in coaching and developing a team
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
* A customer-focused approach with a passion for retail
