Principal Consultant / Client Services Lead / Professional Life & Career Coach

If so, this successful global agency is looking for an experienced Client Partner to join their team and drive transformative results for a leading retail brand.
The role
* Drive CRM-led initiatives and digital transformation projects, ensuring they align with customer-first thinking
* Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, data, creative, and tech teams to deliver exceptional campaigns and platforms
* Identify growth opportunities working collaboratively with the leadership team
* Translate business challenges into strategic marketing solutions that deliver measurable impact
You
* Proven agency experience as a Client Partner/Group Account Director with a strong CRM/Digital background
* Deep understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and omni-channel campaign strategy
* Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing big-picture vision with executional detail
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you're a natural connector
* A collaborative mindset and ability to lead teams across disciplines
* Have worked with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.)
* Understand data-driven marketing and performance optimisation
You'll work with a passionate, collaborative team focused on pushing boundaries and delivering meaningful, customer-centric work. You’ll be supported, challenged, and given the space to grow within a great work culture.
The agency offers a hybrid model - 3 days in the office, 2 remote. Sydney based.
