We are seeking a seasoned contracts administrator to drive excellence in construction by delivering high-quality contract management and procurement services across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract administration, preferably in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment, and tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
Key responsibilities will include managing contracts, documentation, variations, reports, and RFIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

* Excellent communication skills to convey complex issues with clarity and ease
* A meticulous eye for detail and outstanding record-keeping skills
