We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team in Ulverstone, Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting functional tests on GPS tracking devices, identifying faults and assisting with compliance testing.
* Maintaining equipment through routine servicing, calibration, and repairs to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborating with designers to develop prototype electronic components, providing feedback on manufacturability.
* Documenting test results, inventory, and repairs while contributing to process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* A Certificate/Diploma in Electronics or equivalent practical experience.
* Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
* Skilled soldering techniques, including surface mount components.
* Familiarity with low-voltage hardware systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings/schematics.
* Experience with GPS or RF-based devices is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
