Client Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless communication.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar client-facing role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will possess a high level of customer care, administration, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and announce visitors to appropriate staff
* Handle phone enquiries and manage complex enquiries
* Onboard new clients for effective caseload management
* Manage electronic calendars, client appointments, client communications, and service waitlists
* Monitor and report on upcoming NDIS requirements
* Treatment plan management
* Manage client payments and accounts
* Maintain shared spaces
