About us:

Central Queensland Health delivers specialist, recovery-focused mental health services across diverse communities. Gladstone Integrated Services provides coordinated adult, youth and community-based care through strong local partnerships.

About the role:

Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage

Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways

Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team

Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement

Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning

About you:

You are an AHPRA registered occupational therapist

You have adult mental health experience

You value recovery-oriented, functional approaches to care

You work confidently within multidisciplinary teams

You are adaptable, reflective and community-focused

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $ $60.05 p.h.

12.75% employer superannuation contribution

17.5% leave loading
