The Role - Who we need
As Art Director, you will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
* Responsible for the visual creation of campaigns, pre and post production and on-set art direction.
* Establish the conceptual and stylistic direction of client projects
* Orchestrate projects through the management of production staff
* Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design
* Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy
* Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Experience and Skills - Who you are
* An Art Director with at least 5+ years industry experience at a senior level
* Breadth of style and design capability
* Delivery of projects on time and within budget
* An independent thinker, with the practical experience and ability to confidently coordinate an array of projects at any given time
* Great communication skills who's able to build positive relationships with all stakeholders
* An unflappable multi-tasker with a reactive approach to balancing and prioritizing a shifting workload
* And of course, someone who can catch a curveball with a smile, and repurpose it into a positive creative solution.
