Accounting and Advisory Position

About the role:
* Support directors, managers, and stakeholders with compliance work including financial reports, tax returns, BAS and payroll tax.
* Experience with Xero accounting software required.
* Assist manager and director with advisory work.
* Attend to tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div7a.
* Ensure compliance reporting deadlines are met.
* Counsel junior staff on their work.
About you:
* 5+ years' experience in a business services firm.
* CA/CPA commenced or completed.
* Commerce/accounting/finance degree or similar completed.
* Excellent technical knowledge across relevant legislation.
* Committed to delivering exceptional client service.
* Experience coaching, managing, and inspiring others.
* Proven flexible, adaptable, and innovative problem-solver.
* Professional, friendly, and down-to-earth communicator and team player.
* Australian work rights required for this position.
