We have got an exciting opportunity for International Recruitment Manager to be part of our team at ECA PHE in our Sydney (Parramatta) campus.
This role is critical to the success of the Private Higher Education (PHE) division, supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to achieve student acquisition targets in the Sydney region and beyond. The role provides key coordination and support across recruitment events, agent engagement, reporting, and the implementation of international marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Student Acquisition – ECA PHE with recruitment initiatives to achieve student targets for the Sydney region.
* Contribute to country plans and agent engagement strategies, including recruitment event planning, for allocated offshore markets.
* Represent ECA PHE at recruitment events both domestically and internationally.
* Support with regular reporting on recruitment budgets, conversion metrics, and market intelligence.
* Develop and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and digital outreach for international students.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admissions processes, course offerings, and market trends.
* Provide logistical and planning support to staff visiting international markets.
* Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with the ESOS Act and ECA PHE protocols.
* Work collaboratively across admissions, student services, and academic teams to deliver on recruitment objectives.
* Undertake frequent travel and work flexibly to meet operational needs.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have:
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment, preferably in higher education.
* Strong networks and understanding of key international markets, especially the subcontinent region.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and reporting.
* Strong planning and organisational skills; ability to manage events and campaigns.
* Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
* Multicultural awareness and ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
* Experience in developing and delivering marketing initiatives for student recruitment.
* Ability to speak a second language is desirable.
