We’re currently seeking a Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive agency in the western suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant looking to step up into a portfolio management role. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own small portfolio end-to-end while working within a structured and supportive team environment that offers clear processes, flexibility, and long-term career growth. The Role: Manage landlord and tenant relationships Handle maintenance and repair requests Conduct routine inspections and follow-ups Manage lease renewals and rent reviews Prepare VCAT files and attend hearings when required Coordinate arrears and resolve tenancy issues Liaise with trades and contractors Ensure all compliance and legislative requirements are met Work across PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and IRE Opportunity to start with a small portfolio and grow over time About You: Previous experience in residential property management or leasing Ideal for someone in leasing looking to transition into a Property Manager role Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills High attention to detail with solid time management Experience with PropertyMe or similar systems is advantageous Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn What’s On Offer: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm Saturdays required (can be discussed depending on experience) Open to candidates with as little as 12 months experience Onsite car parking available Supportive, structured, and well-organised team Strong systems and processes in place Salary package of $65K Super (depending on experience) If you’re looking for a role that offers flexibility, growth, structure, and a quality portfolio, this could be the perfect next move.
