Hey, it's April. I'm hiring an Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to support me in managing and building out strategies for our portfolio of clients, plus be one of the faces of our agency on TikTok and Instagram.
I'm a high performer and I move fast, so I'm looking for someone who can keep pace and help execute the daily work that keeps our team running smoothly, our clients happy, and campaigns moving forward. You don't need agency experience. What I do need is someone who's genuinely interested in business and marketing, has high attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and can problem-solve independently without needing to be micro-managed.
Not heard of us? We're in our ninth year and have grown into a team of 11 across three brands: April Ford, Sneaky, and Gimmie Social. We work from our offices in Buderim and Brisbane and service national brands including Stilla, Hello Harry, Chrisco, Searles, U-Haul, CPAP Direct, HB Land, and more.
This role is a mix of support, coordination, and getting things done. You'll help with:
* Rolling out campaigns and coordinating deliverables
* Client communications and follow-ups
* Organising shoots, briefs, content, and timelines
* Website updates and general marketing admin
* Client onboarding and keeping projects moving
* Supporting our team with day-to-day execution
* Providing great customer service across all touchpoints
* Being involved in our TikToks and Instagram Reels (yes, you'll be on camera)
We need to talk to you if you:

* Feel comfortable being on camera for our agency socials
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and can spell
* Can confidently use Canva, ChatGPT, and a task platform like Asana or Monday
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. We work autonomously but collaboratively. Past perks have included limited client meetings, no internal team meetings, a styled EOFY shopping spree, and monthly bonuses.
I'm looking for someone with digital marketing experience, whether you're early in your career and ready to learn fast, or more senior and looking for a stable, dynamic role. Salary is $70,000 to $100,000 + super (base wage & bonuses), depending on experience and the value you bring to the role.
