We are seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our team.
About the Role:
* Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
* Maintain accurate records of resident’s health status and any changes that may occur
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A compassionate attitude towards caring for residents’ physical and emotional needs
* The ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
* Excellent communication skills and empathy towards individuals with diverse backgrounds
* Bachelor's degree or higher in aged care nursing is preferred but not necessary.
