About the Role
This role involves residential cleaning, working with high-quality clients on a consistent schedule, delivering spotless results that exceed expectations. The workload will vary between ***** hours per week, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs.
Full paid training will be provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.

Responsibilities:
* General cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and wiping surfaces.
* Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and common areas to a high standard.
* Following a checklist to ensure our cleaning processes meet client expectations.
* Accepting and implementing feedback to improve performance and maintain our service standards.
* Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and team members.

* Award hourly rate $***+.99 with 12% superannuation.
* Paid travel between jobs at$*.99 per km, in addition to your ordinary hours.

About You:
You have a strong work ethic and take pride in your work, with a high attention to detail. You are reliable, punctual and able to work independently, following instructions. You are open to receiving and applying feedback to improve your skills.
You also need to have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license, as well as a willingness to obtain a police check.
Please note that prior cleaning experience is not essential, as we are happy to train you.
