We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Perth Metro area. This position requires collecting blood and other pathology specimens while ensuring accurate identification, labelling, and documentation of all specimens.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including sanitising equipment and adhering to hygiene standards, is also essential.
This role involves delivering compassionate patient care, making each collection a positive and reassuring experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or equivalent hands-on experience in specimen collection.
Exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and professional approach both in person and over the phone, clear and confident communication, flexibility to work across various collection centres, and basic computer literacy are also required.
Our team is looking for someone who can provide excellent patient care and ensure that all specimens are handled, stored, and prepared for transport while following strict protocols for cold chain management and infection control.
