We are looking for a talented qualified Chef to join team at the Old City Bank and Carrington Hotel. You will be a hands-on chef with a focus on quality and consistency. Your passion for creating superior meals will see you deliver the best dining experience in Katoomba.
About You
* Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Ability to drive and maintain high and consistent food standards.
* Seasonal menu development and costings.
* Stock control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Attention to detail and great time management.
* Ensure kitchen safety & cleanliness standards are consistently adhered to.
* Knowledge and implantation of WH&S and Food Safety Practices.
* Competent with Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook).
