Crossroads Therapy & Support Services is inviting Registered or Clinical Psychologists to join our growing telehealth practice. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact, while benefiting from administrative support behind the scenes.
There are no minimum hour requirements – you are free to shape your workload around your availability, whether you are looking to take on a few sessions per week or build toward a full caseload over time. This role suits psychologists who enjoy structuring their own calendar, working independently, and delivering high‐quality therapy in a fully online setting from the comfort of their own space.

Crossroads Therapy & Support Services is a client‐centred psychology practice founded on the belief that therapy should feel safe, accessible, and genuinely supportive. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate, evidence‐based psychological therapy via telehealth
* Collaborate with clients to develop individualised treatment goals and care plans
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Conduct risk assessments and implement safety planning when appropriate
* Utilise evidence‐based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT‐informed, and trauma‐informed approaches
* Uphold ethical, professional, and AHPRA standards of practice
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
* Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Medicare provider number (or willingness to obtain one)
* Experience delivering telehealth services
* Current ABN and Australian working rights
* Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
* National police check
* Secure, private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
* Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology
Desirable
* Experience supporting diverse populations, including neurodivergent clients and NDIS participants
* Working with Children Check
* Interest in trauma‐informed or inclusive therapeutic approaches
