You’ll lead the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures from concept through to construction while collaborating closely with architects, builders, and services engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer with 5–7 years of experience who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to grow within a supportive, technically strong team. What You’ll Be Doing Leading structural design and analysis for concrete and steel buildings Delivering practical and economical solutions to engineering challenges Preparing designs, documentation, reports, and specifications for projects of moderate complexity Coordinating with architects, builders, and services engineers on design issues Producing client reports and ensuring compliance with codes, WHS practices, and QA standards Checking work completed by other engineers and mentoring where required What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; CPEng desirable 5–7 years of experience in building design Strong experience in concrete and steel design to Australian Standards Proficiency in Etabs, SpaceGass, RAM, and RAPT Experience with PT floors and lateral analysis Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and documentation) Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively If you’re a Senior Structural Engineer seeking challenging projects, a positive team culture, and clear pathways for growth, this is the role for you.
