Job Description
Reporting to a Service Team Leader, you will seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match candidate's skills set, capability and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
You will:
* Seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match to a candidate's skillset, capabilities and suitability, delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
* Build and maintain productive candidate networks which identify, engage and connect with candidates to communicate ADF career opportunities
* Collaborate with the wider Recruitment and Events Delivery, including ADF Specialist Recruitment Team Indigenous (SRT-I), and Sourcing and Attraction to identify opportunities to attract, source and engage candidates to maximise target achievement.
* Collaborate consistently and closely with Target Fulfilment to maximise target achievement
* Attend and contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly enlistment delivery meetings, with data insights, progress reporting of delivery achievement and identify any challenges which may affect target or service delivery.
* Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholders.
* Work across multiple platforms simultaneously with high levels of productivity, accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work collaboratively with the national Specialist Recruitment team to share market knowledge, successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience.
* Contribute to the collective success of the team through support of peers and accountability of own performance, whilst demonstrating a collaborative and resilient mindset.
* Work collaboratively as a member of ADF Careers to build a culture of inclusion, transparency, learning and collaboration.
