Administration Assistant – Full Time
Australian Environmental Landscapes (AEL) is a Queensland-based environmental management and landscaping company delivering high-quality restoration and landscaping projects. We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team in a full-time role.
This position is ideal for someone starting their career who is organised, eager to learn and looking for long-term growth. Full training will be provided.
About the Role
You’ll support the business in systems, tendering and general office duties, working closely with Directors, Project Managers and site teams.
Key duties include:
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of AEL’s systems and documentation
* Maintaining safety and compliance documents (SOPs, SWMS, SDS, Management Plans, etc.)
* Coordinating and assisting with tender submissions and follow-up information
* Monitoring tender portals for new opportunities
* Managing employee onboarding records and registers
* Reviewing monthly expenses and consumables
* Tracking licences, certifications and insurances
* General administrative support as required
About You
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a positive attitude
* Willing to learn systems, processes and compliance requirements
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
