STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
This opportunity offers:
1. Temporary employment for a period up to 30 June 2024
2. Full time role & 35 hour working week
3. Attractive annual salary $136,220 - $157,539 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation

An exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of the newly launched RFS Mental Health Strategy - you will lead a small team to oversee and support the design, development and implementation of the strategic actions within the Strategy. Working with the broader Health & Safety team you will be responsible for providing project management oversight, strategic thinking, regular reporting and coordination of the actions.
As our ideal candidate, you will be a skilled implementation manager with skills and expertise in delivering and implementing large transformation or strategic initiatives. You will be skilled in project management methodologies with a human centred design, evidence informed mindset. Expertise and qualifications in mental health are not essential - a willingness to learn and grow will enable you to be successful in the role.
