Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and a strong background in working with overseas clients (U.S., U.K., Canada, or Australia). This is a project-based remote role focused on building and managing membership and e-learning websites.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following tools:
WordPress
Beaver Builder
MemberPress
PayPal
Stripe
ActiveCampaign
These platforms form the core of the projects infrastructure,expertise is essential to ensure seamless integration, a smooth user experience, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain websites using WordPress and Beaver Builder
Set up and manage membership systems with MemberPress
Integrate secure payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe)
Implement automated email workflows and CRM functions using ActiveCampaign
Collaborate with international clients and meet project deadlines
Troubleshoot and optimize websites as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant
Demonstrated success working with U.S., U.K., or Canada-based clients
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
