Re'em Yarra Valley is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join the team on a permanent part-time basis (approx. 25 hours per week). Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 11.30am - 10pm, and Saturday 10am - 8pm. Open to discuss some flexibility regarding start and finish times.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and professional service
* Lead, mentor, and train FOH staff to uphold fine dining standards
* Manage bookings, floor plans, and guest expectations with a customer-first mindset
* Support team communication and coordination between front and back of house
* Uphold compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Respond effectively to any customer feedback or service issues
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant environment
* Strong leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a team
* Proven ability to train and develop team members to achieve service excellence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
* A calm, professional presence under pressure and during busy service periods
* Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required
