Supply Management Role
At John Fawkner Private Hospital, we are seeking a skilled and organized Supply Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain of the hospital, focusing on operating theatres, wards, and other areas.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by replenishing hospital imprest areas.
* Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive team culture and communicate effectively with other staff.
* Demonstrate professional practice by working according to health policies and processes.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times.
* Support the achievement of accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with computerized purchasing systems, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
