So, what will you be doing?
Build lasting relationships with our valued clients by understanding their needs and offering the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle
Drive sales and hit targets, all while delivering world-class customer service
Contribute to a supportive, upbeat, and goal-oriented team culture
Assist customers in understanding pricing, financing options, and trade-in values
Maintain communication with customers post-purchase, set up follow-up calls, emails, or visits to check on customer experience
Work closely with other departments such as finance, service, and parts to provide a seamless experience for customers.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities
Confident using CRMs, Excel, email platforms, and LinkedIn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email and in-person)
Well presented, positive, and confident when speaking with different buyer types
