This role involves coordinating with subcontractors to manage the procurement of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recommend and engage subcontractors to procure materials and services.
2. Handle progress claims, variations, and contractual notices to effectively manage project progress.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring they have necessary resources and information to carry out their work efficiently.
4. Implement efficient document control and reporting procedures.
5. Deliver precise project reports and monthly forecasts.
6. Provide financial management and support to the Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator working on Commercial projects, a solid understanding of Construction Contracts & Procurement, and experience using Jobpac software or similar.
