The incumbent will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment by providing comprehensive support services to students. Your responsibilities may include: Resolve 95% of student inquiries within 48 hours and respond to 80% within 24 hours. Ensure 95% participation in support programs and access to counselling services. Achieve 85% satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback. Support students to reach a 90% success and retention rate. Assist with enrolments and maintain 95% accuracy in student records. Skills And Experiences Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, counseling, social work, psychology) Experience Previous experience in a similar role within an educational or academic environment is often preferred Experience in managing administrative tasks or student records might be required or beneficial, depending on the specific responsibilities of the role Expertise in academic advising, personal development, mental health, or well-being.
