About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clerical/Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our NSW government client based in Goulburn on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain high standards of customer service.
2. Electronic filing, archiving, and general administrative tasks as required by the team.
3. Arrange daily courier services, mail pick-up/delivery, and distribution with minimal disruption.
4. Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase order creation and receipting when necessary.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience in a relevant field.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Possession of a valid Driver's License and ability to travel within NSW as required.
