Doughkyo is a Japanese-inspired bakery retail shop that is home to Sydney's best Japanese baked goods, featuring a delightful selection of sweet and savoury breads and pastries. We are seeking for Baker and Pastry Chef with good qualification to join our amazing team at our various store sites. We can do visa sponsorship for suitable employees.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
* At least a Cert III level of study in Baking or Bread Baking, or equivalent
* At least threes years of practical working experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
* Good team-work and communication skills
* Has valid Australian Visa to work legally in Australia
About the role
As our Baker, you will be working on various days including weekend. Your main duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Ensuring the cleanliness of working area and equipment before production
* Reviewing the materials used for baking before production
* Measuring and mixing ingredients to produce various bakery products
* Weighing materials for appropriate quantity of each product
* Cutting dough into equal parts to ensure product consistency
* Monitoring the oven temperature and time during production
* Checking the quality of final product before taking it out to the storefront
* Emptying and cleaning cooking equipment
