Project Assurance Specialist
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking a Project Assurance Officer to support the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) in promoting best practices, creating efficiencies, and streamlining processes to improve effectiveness in realising benefits.
The EPMO serves as a centralised portfolio, program and project hub, comprising four service areas: Governance, Change, Communications & Learning, Project Assurance & Benefits Management, and Resourcing.
The Project Assurance Officer will be responsible for:
* Supporting project teams in meeting reporting and documentation requirements
* Planning and conducting project assurance health checks, including assessing project scope, deliverables, dependencies, schedule, risks, benefits, and resources
* Analysing, monitoring, and recording project health check outcomes for assurance reporting
* Collaborating with project stakeholders to promote EPMO's assurance practices
* Identifying assurance development needs and providing support training where relevant
* Communicating assurance findings and recommendations to executives
* Providing day-to-day support and management of the project assurance and benefits management function
* Building strong relationships and effective communications with key internal and external stakeholders
