About the role: We’re actively building our pipeline of talent for upcoming projects across leading asset managers, super funds, custodians and investment platforms in Australia. A number of our clients are preparing to kick off key programs involving BlackRock Aladdin and are looking for professionals who bring a mix of domain knowledge and delivery expertise .
We’re interested in hearing from candidates with:
* Proven experience in funds management, superannuation, custody or investment operations
* Prior involvement in Aladdin implementation or enhancement projects - either in-house or as part of a vendor/consulting engagement
* Strong skills in business analysis, project delivery or hybrid BA/PM roles
* Ability to engage and manage stakeholders across front, middle and back-office teams
* Order Management System (OMS)
* Performance & Risk Analytics (PRA)
* Data Warehouse / Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
* Integration with Custodians, Fund Admins, Accounting Systems
* User onboarding, change management and training
Skill Set:
* Solid knowledge of investment products – equities, fixed income, derivatives
* End-to-end project lifecycle exposure (Agile or hybrid)
* Vendor management experience (particularly with BlackRock or third-party system integrators)
* Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
