A Day in the Life of a Support Worker with integratedliving

Typical day includes flexible client support across personal care, household tasks, and companionship, with emphasis on adapting to shifting plans and prioritizing client comfort and independence.
8:00 AM – Greet client, ensure bathroom safety, assist with morning shower and outfit, and help set up for the day. Build rapport and support daily routines with positivity.
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM – Personal care visits and friendly conversations. Provide a helpful, respectful presence during each visit.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Mr. Bruno: assist with household tasks (bed making, vacuuming, cooking) and maintain a clean, safe home environment. Focus on making clients feel valued.
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM – Grocery shopping with Mr. Kent: assist with list, transport, and unpack groceries, ensuring the fridge and home are organized and stocked.
Notes – All client visits logged quickly in our app to track progress and facilitate continuity of care.
