Immediate start for an experienced HR Advisor
**Your new role**
Your new role will be to provide advice, coaching and support to employees, leaders and HR colleagues, on a range of people management, human resources and employment relations matters, to minimise risk and improve culture and performance.
You will be providing accurate, consistent and timely HR advice which reinforces the key pillars of the organisation's People Strategy. You'll also support employees and managers alike to ensure HR activities are conducted in line with corporate policies and procedures.
You will support the Senior Principals P&C; in the design, development and implementation of initiatives which support the delivery of the operating model and desired organisational culture.
You'll come with experience in conducting workplace investigations in line with corporate policies and procedures. You'll be able to coach and advise leaders on matters relating to performance improvement, assisting leaders with the development of performance improvement plans and informal performance improvement processes. You'll also advise leaders on matters relating to workplace behaviours and matters of misconduct, with the view to improving leadership capability, workplace culture and relationships within the affected team/area and assist leaders to deliver disciplinary outcomes resulting from workplace investigations and performance improvement processes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will hold a degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. Considerable HR generalist experience in a medium to large multidisciplined organisation. You'll have considerable experience coaching, supporting and advising leaders on a range of HR matters, to achieve improvement in employee experience and business outcomes. You'll have experience resolving workplace grievances and disputes and supporting leaders to manage performance, disciplinary and misconduct matters, at all levels. You must have experience in identifying and mitigating HR related risks with ability to resolve complex problems and issues to achieve effective outcomes. Knowledge of interpreting and providing advice on industrial instruments, policies and procedures is also essential.
**What you'll get in return**
This role is initially ongoing and requires an immediate start. It comes with a competitive rate paying between $55 - $63 per hour plus Super.
