We’re looking for a Workday HCM Analyst to join our Enterprise Product Management team. In this role, you’ll configure and enhance Workday across core modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Workday to work closely with the internal Workday Team to deliver fixes and improvements that align with strategic priorities and support the ongoing evolution of our recently implemented Workday platform.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules
- Provide Workday system support via the ticketing system, including ticket prioritisation, resolution development, testing and communication back to end users
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements and implement solutions
- Participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assess impacts to the business and execute system testing
- Develop and maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides
- Access to opportunities for further Workday training and certification
Skills/Attributes Required
- Proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in large, complex environments
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with HCM integrations highly regarded
- Workday HCM certifications highly regarded
- Experience in the professional services industry preferred but not essential
