Due to continued growth across our WA projects, we are seeking experienced RC & Diamond Drillers to join our team on a FIFO 2:1 Roster.
About the Role
Reporting to the Drilling Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of RC or Diamond drill rigs across various exploration and production projects in WA. You will supervise daily drilling operations, maintain compliance with safety protocols, and maximise productivity through effective equipment and crew management.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain RC or Diamond drill rigs
* Lead and mentor Driller Offsiders
* Conduct pre-starts, safety checks, and hazard reporting
* Ensure compliance with site and company procedures
* Maintain accurate drilling logs and reporting
* Manage consumables and proactively identify maintenance needs
* Liaise professionally with clients and site personnel.
About You
* Certificate III in Drilling Operations
* Demonstrated experience operating either an RC or a Diamond drill rig
* Current HR Licence
* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Strong safety leadership and team management skills
* High level of mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments.
