We are seeking a highly capable ER/WHS Coordinator to join our ER/WHS team, providing specialist support across Employee Relations and Workplace Health & Safety. This is a permanent opportunity that blends policy oversight, compliance management and stakeholder engagement with hands-on coordination of key processes. What will your typical day look like? You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding organisational compliance and supporting employee wellbeing, while contributing to high-impact projects such as mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to complex ER/WHS matters, and influence policy and process improvements. You will be required to: Liaise with internal talent stakeholders to ensure ER/WHS matters are documented promptly and accurately in relevant systems. Maintain and update reporting using Navex, The ICM (internal case management system) and WHS data, including case uploads and status updates. Generate ad hoc reports on ER/WHS trends, case types, closure timelines and exit interview flags. Support merger and acquisition people stream processes by assisting with onboarding, contract drafting and compliance checks. Collate and monitor internal records such as investigation checklists, final reports, WHS incident logs and workers compensation claims. Oversee HR Policy manual reviews, coordinating updates and securing approvals. Act as the initial point of contact for internal teams on ER/WHS policies, offering guidance and process support. Draft internal communications and capture detailed meeting notes during investigations. Assist in developing and preparing training materials on Employee Relations and WHS topics. Provide general administrative support including travel bookings, expenses, invoicing and ad hoc project work. About the team At Deloitte, we believe that people make the workplace.
