Job Description:
This role involves promoting our fresh and frozen seafood products, building relationships with new and existing accounts, and supporting market growth. Based in the Sunshine Coast, this full-time position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, and proficiency with computers including Microsoft Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts.
 * Identify opportunities and generate leads.
 * Assist customer queries about product information, prices, availability, and uses.
 * End-to-end management of customer accounts.
 * Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (call cycles heat maps, sales data and account profitability).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Previous industry experience in Seafood is highly desirable.
 * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
 * Superior selling and negotiating ability.
 * Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Good organisational and time management skills.
 * Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Suite.
