Job Title: National Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced National Construction Manager to lead site installations in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, supervise site managers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
The Role
As National Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction sites and safety managers in Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure a safety-first culture at all site installations, overseeing installations and ensuring compliance with global methodologies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead construction site and safety managers in Australia and New Zealand.
* Ensure a safety-first culture at all site installations.
* Oversee installations and ensure compliance with global methodologies and standards.
* Solve problems and provide guidance for on-site challenges.
* Contribute to project evaluations, risk mitigation, and installation timelines.
* Develop capability within the site management team.
* Provide regular updates to Project Managers and senior leadership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent.
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global organisation.
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
* Solid grounding in OHS&E principles.
* Effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
