About the role:
We are seeking an experienced caravan repair technician who has the ability and experience to work independently and grow with the company or somebody who is hands on and willing to learn.
This position is well suited to an experienced caravan repairer or an experienced tradesman whose skills are transferrable and seeking a change of industry e.g. carpenter, auto electrician, metal worker. This role would also be well suited to an accomplished handyman.
This is a permanent position 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 0730 - 1600.
Tasks include:
* General repairs to caravans including 12V systems and installing air conditioners
* Installing and/or replacing hot water systems
* Replacing external and internal cladding and sheeting
* Mechanical repairs (wheel bearings, suspension, brakes)
* Fitting of caravan accessories and parts
Skills and experience:
* Accessory installation
* Cabinetry/woodwork
* Electrical 12 volt
* Plumbing
* Mechanical/Automotive
* Replacing wheel bearings
