We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a strategic HRIS transformation from the ground up. This is a 12-month contract with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Delivery of HRIS Transformation Projects
* Manage Vendors, Contracts, and Implementation Partners
* Develop and Maintain Project Scope, Schedule, and Governance Frameworks
* Engage Stakeholders and Lead Cross-Functional Teams
* Oversee Change Management, Go-Live Planning, and Business Readiness
* Ensure Compliance with Governance and Risk Frameworks
* Report on Project Milestones, Risks, and Outcomes to Senior Leadership
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a Related Field
* 6+ Years Working as Project Manager
* Proven Experience in Managing Large Scale IT Projects, Preferably within the Property Industry
* Experience in HRIS Transformation or Implementation
* Strong Leadership and Team Management Abilities
* Exceptional Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management Abilities
* Demonstrated Strategic Planning and Risk Management Skills
* Proficient in Project Management Tools and Software
