Loader Operator Job Description
We are seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our Production Mining Team.
In this role, you will operate machinery efficiently, safely and competently to ensure maximum output. You will comply with policies and procedures and respond to instructions from the Mining Supervisor.
You will maintain floor levels, minimize dilution and achieve design parameters within acceptable tolerances. Additionally, you will maintain stockpiles, dumps and haul roads to ensure flow in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate, drive and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads. Set and maintain high housekeeping standards and carry out pre-start checks.

* Operate machinery to maximize output and efficiency
* Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
* Respond to instructions from the Mining Supervisor
* Carry out maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong mining operational skills and experience operating a CAT 992 Loader in a production mining operation.
You will also have sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration. Furthermore, you must demonstrate your ability to maintain pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment.

* Minimum 3-5 years experience operating a CAT 992 Loader in a production mining operation
* Strong mining operational skills
* Ability to maintain pit floors and bunds
* Sound knowledge of ore mark ups and pit configuration
