Operations Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced operations manager to lead our workshop and field services. The successful candidate will have strong technical understanding of workshop environments, operational leadership experience, and people management skills.

About the Role
This is a practical hands-on leadership role with a respected local business servicing the mining and heavy industry sectors. You'll work closely with the business owner while owning the day-to-day and driving improvement where you see it needed.

You'll be confident leading a busy workshop or operations environment, able to keep things moving, communicate clearly and step in where needed. You're calm under pressure, organized with your day and enjoy supporting others to do their best work.
