* Key Responsibilities:

* Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-hire.
* Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement training programs for hiring managers.
* Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in internal recruitment or external agency position.
* Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns with a focus on quality hires.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Certifications in recruitment or HR management.
