Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service as our park's welcoming face. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing the day-to-day office administration
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests


Requirements

* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers license essential

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilizing machinery.
